Delivery Information
Every product on our website has its own delivery method, depending on its size and where it is sent from. Your delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay. For quick answers, see our FAQs.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to mainland UK and Scotland, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
We are unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly. These areas are blocked at checkout. We do not currently deliver outside the UK.

Standard Delivery (DPD)
Most parcels are sent by DPD from Malton and arrive in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is £6.99 per order.
Clothing and footwear orders over £100 are delivered free. Free delivery applies to clothing and footwear only; other products on standard delivery are £6.99 per order.
Larger Items (DPD)
Larger and heavier parcels are also sent by DPD in 1–2 business days:
- Orders under £100: £15
- Orders from £100 to £200: £7.50
- Orders over £200: FREE
Pallet Delivery (Walkers)
Heavy and bulky items, such as gates, are delivered on a pallet by Walkers in 2–3 business days, at £65 per pallet.
- Each product has a maximum quantity per pallet load. Going over it, even by one unit, adds another full load.
- Different pallet products don't share a pallet. Each is charged separately and the charges are added together.
Please make sure there is suitable access for a pallet delivery vehicle at your delivery address.
Products Sold in Set Quantities
Some products, such as lick buckets and tubs, are only sold in set quantities and delivered on a pallet by Walkers in 2–3 business days. You'll need to order at least the minimum quantity, in the set multiples, up to the maximum per pallet. Delivery is £50 per pallet, and ordering more than the maximum per pallet adds another pallet charge.
Polyjumps (Dispatched Direct)
Polyjumps products are dispatched direct from Polyjumps and usually arrive in 3–7 days. Shipping is based on the weight of your order, with a separate rate for Scotland (excluding the Highlands).
Polyjumps delivery is always charged separately and added on top of any other delivery in your basket.
Baskets with Different Delivery Methods
If your basket contains products with different delivery methods, you'll only pay the highest delivery charge. The lower charges are dropped. For example, an order with a pallet item and a standard DPD item is charged the pallet rate only.
There are two exceptions:
- Polyjumps delivery is always added on top.
- Each pallet product is charged separately.
Items with different delivery methods are sent separately, so your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect service is free. Choose your BATA Country Store at checkout, and we'll contact you when your order is ready to collect.
Some products are Click & Collect only, and some can only be collected from our Easingwold store. This is shown at checkout.
Stock availability shown on our website reflects stock held across our group and does not guarantee availability at a specific store. Availability for collection at a particular store is subject to confirmation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available. You can also view your orders by logging in to your account.
For DPD deliveries, you can download the DPD app to manage and track your parcel.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item. Return costs depend on how your order was delivered. Please see our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds page for full details.
